PIVOT’S FOUNDING PRESIDENT
Lance Whiteley is an international industry expert with 25+ years experience overseeing over $1B in construction. His portfolio includes Fortune 50 flagship offices, extensive hospitality, retail, institutional, media, financial and healthcare projects, as well as large, complex multi-use development projects.
His career was built managing large-scale, fast-paced construction and development projects in New York, London, Los Angeles, and Sydney. Working in both Union and Open Shop environments, he has a vast understanding of all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
He has worked for prestigious companies such as: Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, UBS-AG, BNY Mellon (Bank of New York), BMI Music, Omnicom Media Group, Grey Global, Vornado, The Waldorf Hotel - London, The Peninsula Hotel - NYC, The Hotel Intercontinental - NYC, The Marriott – NYC and Columbia University. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and graduated in Construction Management from the Sydney Institute of Technology.
